While we are devoted to producing the wedding day of your dreams, we wholeheartedly cherish marriage and genuinely care about the covenant you are vowing to. We yearn for our couples to spend their engagement season cultivating a steadfast foundation for a lasting marriage. We accomplish this by managing the stressful and sometimes overwhelming facets of planning a wedding to provide our couples more time to focus on the everydays after the big day!

Although the services are different, our care for you isn't. Whether you're a Full Service wedding planning client or we're working together for Event Management, we're going to be all in.

Concierge VIP Package

This is a top-tier, full-service wedding planning package, ideal for those who care to let the professionals take over or for those that live a busy lifestyle. 


We’re here to give you the VIP treatment by being your wedding attendant, taking care of every little detail from beginning to bittersweet end! This is an all-encompassing service with unlimited communication. We start with getting your full vision and executing it to perfection – all while keeping your day uniquely you.

Signature Package

This offering is a design & event management package that's great for those that need help with the aesthetics and feel comfortable doing much of the planning themselves.


We combine the logistics of event management and the creative process of design to plan a wedding that's beyond your wildest dreams.

Run The Show Package

This is so much more than traditional day-of-coordination - we begin working together immediately. When your wedding day arrives, our team is one of the first there and one of the last to leave. 


So if you've got your design down to the details but need assistance with perfecting the finishing touches for your wedding, management of timeline, and day-of logistics, this service will give you the support you need.

Concierge Services

Do you have everything lined up for your event but want someone close by to run any last minute errands or act as a personal assistant? We will do it! This is an hourly rate.

EVENT LOGISTICS

$100

This includes tasks such as event layout, floor plan, RSVP tracking, hotel blocks, budget management, timeline/schedule creation, etc. Prices vary. Inquire for more details.

Hourly consultations

$150

If you want to discuss your big day with a pro but want to execute your wedding on your own, this offer is for you. We can discuss your event,  offer ideas, advice, referrals, and logistical help! (*If you change your mind and want us to carry out your event, this fee will be deducted from your final invoice.)

welcome baskets

$55

An exceptional gesture for out of town guests. They will enter into their hotel room and be welcomed with a basket of goodies. Whether its snacks, waters, personalized hat/shirt, recovery kit, or flowers. Your guest will feel so special. Prices vary according to baskets & delivery.


Planning & Coordinating

Activity Planning

$200

Do you need help coordinating an activity for your guests before/after an event? Do you want to host a brunch but need assistance planning? Do you want to decorate a special guests hotel room for a special occasion? Tell us what your idea is and we will go from there. Price vary according to need.

Balloon creations

$250

There are 1,000 ways to design a balloon creation for an event (Arch, garland, centerpiece, walls, backdrops, etc). Please provide an inspiration picture and we can customize a price.

Event Design Only

$3,000

This service focuses only on transforming your space and bringing your vision to life. Basic package is up to 100 guests. Includes 100 chargers, 100 napkins, as well as tablecloths, runners, and centerpieces for 11 tables.) Price varies depending on design.

  • Rehearsal Dinner Planning (Starts at $900)
  • Ceremony only coordination (Starts at $500)

  • Elopement (Starts at $2,500)
  • Micro weddings (50 guests or less, starts at $2,500)

Stationary & Calligraphy

Custom Signage

Whether you want a single custom design or an entire collection made, we are able to design any sign. Price varies according to number of pages, size, design, print/pdf file, etc.

Custom Stationary & Place Cards

Invitations, programs, place cards, schedules, timelines, etc. 

We do it all! Price varies according to design, size, pages, print/pdf file, etc

Mirror/Acrylic Calligraphy

$50

Handwritten calligraphy adds such a beautiful touch to any event. Starts at $50 depending on size, letters, design, etc.
