Event Planning

Our goal at Detail & Design Event Co. is to make the event planning and styling process an easy and fun experience for you. While we adore what we do, it’s ultimately your happiness that is our main priority.  We take your vision for your event – whether it be your wedding, your company’s grand event, or your best friend’s baby shower – and shape it to be one of the most memorable and exciting moments you will cherish for a lifetime.


Our event planning services vary depending on which type of event you are planning. Additionally, our bundles of services depend on how much assistance you are seeking when it comes to decorating, planning, and hosting your event.

Special Events

While we love planning weddings and all things bridal, we also take immense joy in creating other events and parties. We can help you bring a stunning event to life, from the initial planning and invitations, to the final minute before guests arrive. Together, with you, we’ll come up with an event design, help you find your vendors, and plan the perfect event from start to finish! Contact us for a personalized custom quote.

Showers

Wedding, bridal, and baby. These time-honored and traditional events are so special and it would be a privilege to be a part of these memorable occasions.

Social Soirees

Dinner parties, corporate events, holiday brunches, engagement party, gender reveal, retirement, any social gatherings, bachelor/bachelorette, fundraisers, graduation, and more. 


You name the celebration and we will make it happen. Every detail will be accounted for in an exceptional way.

Birthdays

Whether you're celebrating a special person, baby's first, or any milestone birthday, ie Quinceañeras, Sweet 16, 21, 30, 50, 75, etc, we will create a celebration like no other.


We also specialize in slumber parties, whether it be for birthday or just because.

Whether you want a single custom design or an entire collection made for your special event, we are able to design any sign. Price varies according to number of pages, size, design, print/pdf file, etc.

Custom Stationary & Place Cards

Mirror/Acrylic Calligraphy

Handwritten calligraphy adds such a beautiful touch to any event. Starts at $50 depending on size, letters, design, etc.

Activity Planning

$200

Do you need help coordinating an activity for your guests before/after an event? Do you want to host a brunch but need assistance planning? Do you want to decorate a special guests hotel room for a special occasion? Tell us what your idea is and we will go from there. Price vary according to need.

Balloon creations

$250

There are 1,000 ways to design a balloon creation for an event (Arch, garland, centerpiece, walls, backdrops, etc). Please provide an inspiration picture and we can customize a price.

Event Design Only

$2,500

This service focuses only on transforming your space and bringing your vision to life. Price varies depending on design.


Miscellaneous Tasks

Concierge Services

$125

Do you have everything lined up for your event but want someone close by to run any last minute errands or act as a personal assistant? We will do it! This is an hourly rate.

EVENT LOGISTICS

$100

This includes tasks such as event layout, floor plan, RSVP tracking, hotel blocks, budget management, timeline/schedule creation, etc. Prices vary. Inquire for more details.

Hourly consultations

$150

If you want to discuss your event with a pro but want to execute the event on your own, this offer is for you. We can discuss your event,  offer ideas, advice, referrals, and logistical help! (*If you change your mind and want us to carry out your event, this fee will be deducted from your final invoice.)

welcome baskets

$55

An exceptional gesture for out of town guests. They will enter into their hotel room and be welcomed with a basket of goodies. Whether its snacks, waters, personalized hat/shirt, recovery kit, or flowers. Your guest will feel so special. Prices vary according to items in baskets.
